01 Welcome Volunteer Activities

In order to ensure a smooth and efficient welcome, the volunteers gathered at the South Lake welcome point at dawn to prepare materials and waited for the arrival of new students at the check-in center. The volunteers adhered to the welcome principle of “warmth, attentiveness, meticulousness and responsibility”, patiently answered the doubts of the new students, assisted them in completing the registration procedures, distributed keys, campus cards and other items, and conveyed the first warm greetings of the School of Finance to the new students! Volunteers wearing the characteristic cultural shirts of the School of Finance shuttled through the crowd, providing assistance and services to the new students with a warm and meticulous attitude, which became a bright landscape at the orientation site. The whole welcoming site was orderly, warm and loving, and all the work was carried out in an orderly manner.
