主讲人简介：
姚加权，新加坡南洋理工大学金融学博士研究生。 本科和硕士分别毕业于西安交通大学信息与通信工程系和金禾经济研究中心。研究领域包括财务政策、资本结构、并购、投资银行、非线性时间序列和蒙特卡罗方法。获AFA Doctoral Student Travel Grant Award。论文曾获2011 Conference on the Theories and Practices of Securities and Financial Markets 最佳论文奖。工作论文曾在Annual Conference of the Society for Financial Econometrics，Financial Management Association Annual Meeting, European Financial Management Association Annual Meeting等国际会议上宣讲。担任Eurasian Business Review和南方经济的匿名审稿人。
